We are a professional partnership of CBT cognitive behavioural therapists and counsellors providing one-to-one therapy to help people find a way forward through issues of depression, anxiety and stress, along with many other emotional difficulties.

CBT is an active, solution-focused form of therapy that helps us address those habitual behaviours that keep holding us back, and confront negative biases in the way we think and feel. We can’t change our pasts, but we can change the way we deal with things in the present, allowing us to move towards a more optimistic future.
